I guess I don't have to tell you but all the Makita line Lithium batteries are the worst I ever used. This is my third set of batteries within a year and a half. They should close there customer service dept because they where useless and put the savings from all those salaries into building a better battery. There is a reason that Milwakee gives you a 5 year warranty on there batteries, heck even Sears gives a long warranty on there batteries, but Makita ONLY 1 YEAR warranty. BUY A MILWAKEE it's better built.
