We bought this treadmill for regular use by 4 family members from track and soccer training to weight loss exercise.
This is an impressive machine. It is solidly built.
It took a bit to assemble for two reasons:
It arrived damaged in one corner and the plastic cover screw was sheared. I simply took out the screw, easy, and put a new one that I had. Back to new.
The lower metal frame had an oversized weld blot (not part of the main weld) that created and interference that did not allow us to assemble the frame to the handles. I had to use a grinding disk to shave off the excess weld blot. I primed it and back in business. A regular consumer might have had to call the company for resolution. I call this an anomaly and not an issue with most treadmills shipped.

Anyhow, belt is well constructed. Motor feels solid. Angle change motor is solid. The damping system is good and keeps the running bed flat and rigid.
By the way, to assemble and move you need two people.

Controls and workout routines built in are pretty good. IPod controls work well and sound is adequate for a workout.
It has a built in fan as well.
Heart rate monitor is so, so. But so are most. Use it prudently.

I would recommend this unit.
