I knew when ordered chairs for under $100.00 I wouldn't be getting the best of chairs. All I wanted was a chair that would last a year or so. But even such marginal expectations were cast asunder when I put these chairs together. The first chair was missing screw holes necessary for connecting the arm rests. No matter, I thought, I only need one chair. The second chair included wooden support bars that were supposed to have one screw hole at one end and two at the other. Instead the holes were switched with each on the wrong end. While the chair could still be put together, it is far from stable and I can't imagine it supporting an adult for more than a few months. Any decent factory would had caught these errors and never sent the product out. Here they had two chances and neither chair passed muster. I give this product two stars out of the kindest of my heart since I assume that at $100 a pair you can keep on ordering until you get at least one chair that works. Should the buyer be so lucky, the chair would be satisfactory as it is solid wood and would suit its purposes at least temporarily.
