This is my second purchase from Proform with my first being 6 years ago. The company has changed for the worst. When my machine arrived the wielding was off and the fold up storage latch was an inch too long. I called the 1-800 number for several days and was on hold for hours. No one answered or called back from the answering service. Five days later I recieved an e-mail telling me to call the 800 number again!!!This company is horrible. I will never buy a product from them again and I warn everyone else to do the same.
