I have been eating Bob's Red Mill Scottish Organic oatmeal for the past 5 years. I have always liked oatmeal but did not like the texture of the sticky, big flakes. Then I found this stone ground oatmeal, ground the way it was done centuries ago, between stones. It cooks up easily in 3 minutes in the mircowave, it's creamy instead of chunky and smells and tastes so good. I used to be able to buy it in our local stores but they have recently not carried it so now I order it from Amazon. It is inexpensive and I buy the 4 pack so it will last me. If you like oatmeal, this is the way to go. It's organic and oatmeal is naturaly healthy for you. You will love this product!
